My apologies for the delay, but I have added over 600 HD, logoless screen caps from the latest episode of “Graceland,” entitled “Hair Of The Dog.” This time, we finally got to see just why Mike Warren was throwing a punch at Paul Briggs. Do you think it was justified? What did you think about the twist, as shown at the very end of the episode? The creator and writer of the series, Jeff Eastin, said “this is the episode that sets up the rest of the season,” so it sounds like there will be a great ripple among Graceland based on Brigg’s reveal.

Playing on team Rock of Ages, he helped lead a victory against Annie with an amazing total score of 22-0. RoA will proceed next week when they’re paired up against Once. Although there is no guarantee that Aaron will make it to any of these games, fans are encouraged to attend and support the entire league.

Aaron Visits the Empire State Building

Earlier today, July 17th, Aaron Tveit stopped by the Empire State Building in Manhattan for a photo op. It’s not unusual for stars to use the New York skyline as their backdrop for photos: USA Network’s Matt Bomer has posed atop the iconic building before, as well as The Amazing Spider-Man cast and Seth Meyers of “Saturday Night Live.” (The most recent winner of “The Voice,” Danielle Bradbery, also had pictures taken today.) I’ve added numerous shots from the event to ATN’s gallery, including some HQs on page 4 and 5.

After a brief hiatus for Independence Day, “Graceland” returned to USA Network last night. The episode – entitled “O-Mouth” – definitely lived up to its name, especially with regards to Vanessa Ferlito’s character, Charlie. What did you all think of that cliffhanger? I personally love that every episode leaves you wanting more, asking viewers to tune in again. In the gallery, you can now find exactly 600 HD, logoless screen caps of Aaron Tveit from “O-Mouth.”

Wow — what did you think of the latest episode of “Graceland” that aired last night? While I loved the various plot lines woven throughout (and love the camaraderie between Johnny and Jakes), I feel it’s especially necessary to mention how Aaron Tveit absolutely killed his scenes. That final moment in the kitchen in particular was so honest and gut-wrenching, don’t you think? I’ve added over 500 HD, logoless screen caps from the episode, entitled “Pizza Box,” to the gallery. Feel free to use for graphics!

Aaron Lands Cover of Backstage Magazine

June 26, 2013 • Category: Articles & Interviews, Gallery, General News 0

Aaron Tveit is gracing the cover of this week’s Backstage magazine! Inside, there’s a feature article in which he talks about going from stage to screen — and what he’s learned in the process. You can check out an excerpt below, courtesy of Backstage.com. Be sure to pick up a copy when it hits newsstands tomorrow, June 27th.

Aaron Tveit might be the quintessential golden boy, but the idea of being typecast as the gleaming leading man doesn’t faze him.

“Typecasting is an interesting thing because, in a way, if you’re good at something, you’re going to work at that thing,” he says. “In other ways, you constantly have to change people’s opinion of you as one thing, especially if you want to play different roles. You have to shatter that image sometimes. I’ve had to do it before with stage roles, to get roles. I’m drawn to kind of darker, misfit things. I would like to, especially in film, play against type and do some heavier stuff. I’m intrigued by projects that deal with problematic people and things.”

And he’s fully prepared to show casting directors that side in auditions.

“I like auditioning! A lot of people hate it, but I like it,” he says. “Especially like right now, I’m not shooting a show so you get to act. You get to do that stuff, kind of treat everyone as ‘All right, throw the paint against the wall and see what I can do with this and what people say.’ I think it’s a great mental workout because you have to ready something, learn something fast. It’s good to stay on your toes and keep sharp if you’re auditioning.”

That doesn’t mean his auditions are always perfect. “Once I was auditioning for a play, and I was reading a scene with another actress, who was a friend of mine,” he says. “In the middle of our reading, the director says, ‘Stop — what are you doing? Do something else.’ I just remember being absolutely mortified. Needless to say, I did not get the role.”

2013 Recording Academy Honors

Last night (June 25th), Aaron Tveit attended the 2013 Recording Academy Honors to pay tribute to Les Misérables creators, Alain Boublil, Herbert Kretzmer, and Claude-Michel Schönberg. Aaron introduced the three men behind the formation of the musical, while his onscreen co-star from the film adaptation, Samantha Barks (aka Eponine), performed at the event. A few images from the evening – including some nice shots of Aaron in a snazzy three-piece suit – have been added to the gallery.
